Materials
Our materials supplier has informed us that there will be a price increase of 4.9% for all brands and products they supply, effective from 3rd March 2025.
Consequently, we will need to adjust our prices on materials accordingly. This change will be reflected in our total quoted prices.
Timescales for booking work in
All internal work is being booked in for June 2025 at the moment.
All exterior work is being booked in for August 2025 and it is getting booked up quickly so if you are needing your exterior work doing in 2025, give us a call or drop us an email to avoid missing out. Slots are limited due to the inconsistent weather.
External Work
We typically schedule two outside projects per week before commencing exterior work. Naturally, these numbers are subject to change based on weather conditions. Should we enjoy a spell of sunny and warm days, we might be able to commence your exterior work sooner than anticipated. This approach ensures that your date is reserved, preventing any disappointment, and allows us to potentially start on your project ahead of schedule if circumstances permit.
For interior & exterior work, please be aware that once we have visited you to assess your work required, we give you a rough estimate of when we can schedule your work in for. If you accept our quotation, these dates may have changed, depending on how quickly you get back to us to accept any dates offered.
